Routewatch keeps the minimum it needs to send you the right alerts, and nothing it doesn't.

Who runs this

Routewatch is run by Clinton Feyisitan, trading as Fewertools, in the United Kingdom. Contact: feyisitanclinton@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

• Your email address. To sign you in (magic links) and send alerts. Legal basis: performance of the contract with you.
• Your route profile. Visa route, grant and expiry dates, where you applied from, whether you have dependants, what you are working towards, and optionally your nationality. Used only to decide which published changes to send you. Legal basis: performance of the contract. Nationality is optional; leave it blank if you prefer.
• Payment details. Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your card number. We store Stripe's customer and subscription identifiers so we know whether your subscription is active. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Delivery records. Which alerts were sent to you and why, so your account page can show them and so we can investigate a wrong send. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running the service accurately.

We do not use your data for advertising, sell it, or share it with anyone except the processors below. We do not assess your immigration eligibility and we do not hold copies of your documents.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase (database and login), hosted in London.
• Vercel (hosting).
• Resend (email delivery).
• Stripe (payments).
• Google (Gemini) processes the text of published government documents to draft change records. It never receives your personal data.

How long we keep it

While your account exists, and for 30 days after you delete it. Email us to delete your account and we will do it within 7 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it (most of it is editable on your account page), or have it deleted. Email feyisitanclinton@gmail.com. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
